Overview
At Mruja, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Several types of goods cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are granted under certain conditions:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at sanskar@mruja.co.in. After confirmation from Mruja, mail your item to: Mruja, Chintamani Paradise 1, Maitreya Baug Road, Off Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra – 411038
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Mruja, Chintamani Paradise 1, Maitreya Baug Road, Off Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra – 411038.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
